New Vietnamese Restaurant Opening in Midtown on Saturday From the News & Observer... “Raleigh’s newest Asian fusion restaurant CO is opening this Saturday in North Hills.The Raleigh CO, focusing on upscale Southeast Asian dishes, will be the restaurant’s seventh location, all in the Southeast. Founded in Charleston in 2012, the restaurant group also has locations in Atlanta, Myrtle Beach, S.C., Savannah, Ga., and two in Charlotte.CO’s Raleigh menu makes stops throughout Southeast Asia. Small plates include beef and kimchi dumplings, coconut milk and lemongrass wings, sushi and spring rolls. There’s a pad Thai and drunken noodles, five spice pulled pork tacos and poke bowls.There is a Vietnamese focus within CO’s wide ranging menu, featuring five different bowls of pho and five different banh mi sandwiches.
