Holmes Elected Chair of Wake County Commissioners
Jessica Holmes, a first-term Wake County Commissioner and a vocal advocate for affordable housing in Wake County, was elected unanimously as chair of the Wake County Commissioners. Time will tell whether this will be a positive development for a renewed focus on the significant needs that the county is facing related to new housing options in the county.
